Our annual competition and year end event took place on October 25, 2009.  In the OPEN category our winners were: 1st place Pam Hampton, Hang-It-Up; 2nd place Russ Wood, Grey Owl; 3rd place Mary Ann Miklich, Classic Corner.  The PRINT competition winners were: 1st place Pam Hampton; 2nd place Ethan Ahlstrom, Bella Art & Framing.  Pam Hampton won Popular Choice in the Print compeition and Russ Wood and Pam Hampton tied for Popular Choice in the Open competition.

 

Our competition was supported again this year by Tru Vue, Crescent Cardboard Co., and Elmers.  All three provided prizes to the winners and participants and we received a cash donation from Elmer's and Crescent Cardboard Co.  The judges were George Alvarez, MCPF; Mel Kjormoe, CPF; and Julie Golden, CPF.  Thank you to everyone for making the competition a success! 

The International Print Competition will take place at the PPFA Convention in Anaheim in February.   All of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners are eligible to enter the contest.
